These terms govern your access to and use of our online boutique. By placing an order, you agree to the Terms.

1. Atelier overview

OD·JEWELS operates this website to offer a selection of handcrafted jewels. Our store is powered by Shopify.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. Orders and acceptance

Each order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasonable causes, including unavailability, suspected fraud, or inaccurate information. A sale is formed when we send our order confirmation.

4. Payment

Payments are processed through secure providers. You authorize the charge of the total amount, including applicable taxes and fees. Installment plans in 3 monthly payments may be offered by written agreement. Shipping occurs after receipt of due amounts or the first installment as per the agreement.

5. Pricing, taxes and errors

Prices are shown tax-inclusive unless indicated otherwise. Import duties and local taxes are the client’s responsibility. In case of a material pricing or description error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

6. Production, shipping and delivery

Indicative production timelines: 3 to 4 weeks for ready-to-ship pieces, 4 to 6 weeks for custom creations. Shipments are insured, tracked, and require a signature upon delivery. Delays due to carriers or customs do not constitute our breach.

7. Returns and refunds

Our returns policy applies as published on the dedicated page. Custom or personalized creations are final sale except in case of proven defect. Applicable windows and procedures are specified there.

8. Adjustments, repairs and warranty

We offer minor adjustments and repairs subject to evaluation. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or third-party interventions. Any modification by a third party voids the warranty.

9. Sizing and custom orders

Ring sizes must be confirmed by the client. For custom orders, we work from the information you provide. Minor variations inherent to craftsmanship may occur and do not constitute a defect.

10. Intellectual property

All content, designs, images, text, and creations by OD·JEWELS are protected. Any reproduction, adaptation or commercial use without written authorization is prohibited.

11. Reviews and user content

By posting a review or content, you warrant that you own the necessary rights and you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it to promote the boutique across media, without remuneration, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Prohibited uses

It is forbidden to use the site for fraudulent purposes, disrupt operations, circumvent security, extract data in an automated manner, or otherwise act contrary to applicable law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, OD·JEWELS will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability relating to an order will be limited to the amount paid for that order.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules of your jurisdiction.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published on the site at the date of your order. We will indicate the last updated date on this page.
