Each jewel is shipped with care from our Brussels atelier, in a refined box, fully protected and insured. Estimated timelines are provided below.

Production times

• Ready-to-ship pieces: shipped within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation.
• Custom creations: estimated production time is 4 to 6 weeks, depending on complexity.

Shipping methods

We ship worldwide through trusted carriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx or equivalent). Each parcel is tracked and insured, and a signature is required upon delivery.

Shipping fees

Fees are calculated at checkout depending on your address and the chosen delivery method. For certain international shipments, customs duties and local taxes may apply and remain the client’s responsibility.

Delays and customs

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, time of year and customs clearance procedures. OD·JEWELS cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email. You will be able to follow your parcel online until delivery.
