Each jewel is handcrafted in our Brussels atelier. We want every piece to meet your expectations fully.

Ready-to-ship items

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unworn, unaltered, returned in the original box with all supplied components.
  • Return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility. Keep proof of postage.
  • Refund issued after quality inspection, to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.

Custom and bespoke creations

Personalized, engraved or bespoke orders are crafted specifically for you and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Defect or error

If a manufacturing defect or an error on our part occurs, please contact us before any return shipment. After inspection, we may offer a repair, an exchange or a full refund.

Return process

  1. Email od.coven@gmail.com with your order number and photos if needed.
  2. Wait for our confirmation and the return address.
  3. Ship the item tracked and insured, in the original box, carefully protected.

Important: jewels altered or repaired by a third party lose eligibility for any refund or exchange. All refunds are processed only to the original payment method. OD·JEWELS is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
